Info about lateral BJT in CMOS technology

I just need explanation about the lateral BJT in CMOS tech.
I'm designing for bandgap is there any limitation for the number of parallel BJT??

I don't think you have limitation but to make sure you must refer to the documents of the technology you are using for design.
