Hello,
Does anyone know, how to program ST10 and Infineon microcontrollers with bootloader?
is there any documents for them?
actually i want to make a jtag programmer for some ECUs.

I don't know ST10...
And I don't know what exactly you want to know...

Is there any specialtiy with ST10 and bootloader?

All the microcontrollers that I know don't have any speciaities with bootloader "programming".
For sure you need to take care about reset vector, code memory location, lock features....but all this should be written in the datasheet.

I'm working in a company that develop fw to ecu. We don't share such information. I believe no one share.
