It is possible to apply inductor as current bleeding in wideband design. since Inductor is dependent on frequency?

yes it is possible.
Inductor (or inductnace) is only partially dependant on frequency, but the inductive reactance is a direct function of frequency.

please post your bleedin' design for further analysis (pun intended)
