hi
I want to increase the output resistance of common source amplifier, I see some techniques like cascoding or gain boosting
Is there any other techniques ?

A trivial one: a source resistor. Output resistance increase to be traded against gain loss.

Operating point and device sizing - longer L raises Rout,
lower Vgs raises Rout (saturation region), you may have
to increase W to do both of those at once (leading to
an inferior AC performance, but you didn't ask about
that).
