Include Sde commands in Sprocess code

Hello All

I am Muthubalan and I need a help on including sde commands in sprocess. I want to construct my profile till certain extent through sde and then I want to anneal the device at high temperature which has to be done using sprocess. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Did you already try to make your structure through SDE and then add Sprocess as second tool in your tool flow and then include annealing commands in Sprocess?
You don't need then to include Sde commands in Sprocess.
You just make both in your tool flow on workbench.
