in pn junction ,
do 'storage delay time' --> (tsd) and 'carrier life time' depend on frequency or not.
and if so what is the relation.

Yes Storage delay time and carrier life time depends on frequency and the concept is based on transient and diffusion capacitance concept for diode (T=1/F).
