In need of active bandpass filter schematic

I want to design a bandpassfilter that is used for IR_Detector, the frequency is 36Khz-40Khz and the output signal is always active low when the signal passes and active high when no signal. Does any one give me the schematic or documentation....?

I think that such device should include the bandpass filter and comparator.

I want to design an analog circuit, not use an IC to replace.
As far as I know, this ciruit includes: Amplifier+BandpassFilter+Intergrator+Comparator

for these low frequency, you can use active bandpass filter.
