In multicore computers, is MATLAB use all of the cores?

In my opinion,Multicore is parallel processing of the cores.At present time the laptops have i-core,i5 and i7 like processor.This also use multicore processing i.e parallel processing.I think the MATLAB use all of the cores for processing data.The aspect of multiple core is to redeuce the work load.

RajivConfident, what is up with the non-answer answers? The Op wasn't asking about multicore processing but was asking if MATLAB supports multicore processing.

Which you did not answer, I at least gave an answer that says it uses multiple cores, but doesn't indicate if it will use all of them.
