in .18 cmos ,bulk and source in NMOS

in .18 cmos ,bulk and source in NMOS (not nmosrf)can connect together,but its LVS cann't pass.why?

Have you use the DNW to suround the PW you used to resident your device?
In other words, is your NMOS in hot PW?

I'm not sure using hot PW,just know using PW and use the DNW to suround the PW I used to resident my device
