Improve noise reduction - MATLAB project

noise reduction matlab

In the file atached there is:
1)Oiriginal signal
2)Noisy Signal:Signal + White noise 17dB
3)Noise reducted Signal: After Bilateral Filter
As you can listen, the quality after the noise reduction is not very good. I would be greatfully if anybody could help me with any idea. Thank you ind advance.
 

borther can i have the matlab program for noise reduction tht you used for these sound files
