Hi, may I ask what should i do in order to improve the gain of class E power amplifier?
Here I attach with my power gain vs pout graph.
Thanks.

Is almost impossible to get an answer without more information and the schematic of the circuit.
Looking to the smooth gain compression of the amplifier most probably is about a GaN power amplifier.
Are many factors that affect the gain of a Class-E power amplifier, as input matching network, power loss in the in the passband of the output resonant circuit and compensation circuit, output matching network, bias of the device, etc.

Impossible to tell from that plot alone. Is that from a sweep of input power?

If you do a transient simulation, does the drain voltage have a nice class E shape to it?

Post your schematic.
