u can find the circuit in datasheet or application notes of boost chips.
TI or linear tech's website

Go here you can find some ready made spice models of various topologies, using various PWM's. Also has other useful info.

not sure if i am any help but just go to pspice and drag all those standard components (not a particular ones ) calculate the components needed such as capicitors etc .... then there you go ... you may also find some designated regulation chip in the library where you just connect them all according to the datasheet. Should be simple. Hope it helps

Regards,
mengghee

thanks everyone for your helpfulness..oyur ideas are good and nice for me but this isssue is my school project and i have pspice 9.1 student version..therefore, the circuit must be performed on the program..top of the circuits ( i.e. with maxim components) is not be avaılable for the program.. the libraries is not exsist some compenent..i realized a circuit which contains a mosfet on spice like in figure
