ImageCraft and WinAVR for ATmega32

Dear all I have a program coded in ImageCraft software and another is in WinAVR software. Now I want to combine these two.
Can anyone help me in this regard.
There are some problems in data formate like int, char

You have to use either winavr or imagecraft, there is no option to compile these files in single compiler.

It is easy to port a code from one compiler to other (you should know how to use the compilers)
