Image Processing ToolBox in C++

image processing tool box vc++

This program was written by me for image processing. if somebodies would like to see result of the image processing techniques, this program helps them.
The program was written in Borland C++ Builder 5.0 and if you don't it you must copy the system files either current directory or system directory.

i hope this is a nice helpfull.
