Looking for: QA Manager
Hi all,
I'm looking for QA Manager. The job responsibilities and requirements are as per below:
Job Responsibilities
Manage total quality program including charting strategic quality initiatives, establish quality systems, ensure plant effective quality performance and audit quality performance/systems.
Achieve productivity through effective implementation of Quality Information System.
Manage customer quality programs and resolve customer complaints and related issues.
Liaise with supplier for process and quality improvement of supplied parts.
Responsible for supplier quality audit initiatives.
Ensure maximum quality standards are achieved with minimum cost.
Liaise with functional and operational area managers (for example, construction operation, engineering design, etc) to develop schedules project plan and cost estimates for implementation new activities, procedures or methods to improve quality and performance of the organization’s products.
Responsible for product compliance and certification.
Qualify and implement ISO 19000 certification program.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Min 3 years experience in QA system management, ISO9002, QS9000 and QS14000 in a manufacturing environment.
Able to communicate in English.
Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills.
Strong Business acumen.
Positive attitudes/ Drive for result.
Job will be based in Singapore.
