Looking for chips similar to SSM2024,
SSM2164 (for voice mixer).
This is a 4/6 channel amplifier with analog gain control.

Your IC in the center looks similar to 4066 IC (bilateral switch, 4-on-1-chip).

Each internal switch is activated by individual On-Off signal.
Each switch permits analog signal either direction.
