winpic800 firmware

hi,
i've bought a new laptop and there is only USB ports, so i'm looking for an USB pic programmer
if somebody can help me ...
or i'll try to make ICD2 instead put it's complicated to realise 'cause of CMD parts
so thank you by advance if you can help me

Download Winpic800, Firmware is in the zip file.This "looks" like a good programmer.
