What is the maximum PWM switching frequency of BSM 50 GB 120 DN2 module?

There's no such quantity. Achievable switching frequency is demanded by acceptable switching losses. A reasonable question could be, what's the maximum switching frequency for a specific bus voltage and output current?

As a ballpark number, I would assume 5 to 10 kHz for "rated" current and 600 - 800V Vdc, higher frequency only with serious derating.
