Hi! I have a question. The smaller IGBTs` input capacity is given in nC. For example 400nC. So in this case I can calculate the switching time with this formula Tsw=Qg/Ig. But the bigger IGBTs` input capacity is given in pF or nF. So how can I transform this pF to nC or just how to calculate the Tsw with pF or nF?? I tried with C=Q/V, but I don`t know what voltage to use for V?
Thanks!
