if there are regulator like(7805) but with input voltage 48 v DC ??????
 

Supertex LR8? A bit over the top - it can take 450V! Maxim MAX5023? Texas TPS7A4001? On Semi NCP4640H020T1G? It depends on you current. Simply search t'internet for high input voltage regulator.
