IEEE-754-1985 Standard for binary floating-point arithmetic

i am begining a project and i need to use the IEEE754 library and i don't have it
and i can't find it online
can someone plz provide it?

also if there are any tutorials that i can use or and instructions that is useful i would be very grateful to know
