smd top mark code

Hy guys,
i've nr. 5 SOT23 marked TS78 on top and SO11 on bottom.
Someone can you help me to identify them?
I think they are maxim ic's but i'm not sure.
Thank You.

Sometimes this process of identifying unknown SMD components can be speed up if additional details about the equipment that is provided by the user or the user can attach pictures of the PCB, in order to help revealing circuit functionality…

Sorry, but it is new component and there is no PCB :(
I've buy it but i don't remember how is complete name.

Maxim has a search engine for markings. **broken link removed**
According to it, TS78 isn't a Maxim code.

With TS topmark can only be NEC, and 78 can be some subvariant, voltage,.... :

NEC 2SC5437EB NPN Silicon Transistor

Sometimes factory marks smd parts very bad, something like S for 5 and sometimes uses f like t or T like f, 2 like mirrored 5, ....
I see S mirrored on some parts and other letters are ok,.... 8 marked as B, and such things.
