Identify SMD SOT-23 part code

Hi,

Can someone help my to identify SOT-23 devices with following codes:
1. GBG - also it has a small logo on it - but I do not know whom it is.
I have another chip with same marking (and obviously functionality) but with other logo - "f".
This must be for "FAichild". But what is GBG?

2. SIs - this one looks to be Infineon(last small "s" means siemes) but I can not find SI


Online databooks does not gave any useful result.

Transistor SIs is Mosfet not BJT.
kindly advise its autual part number
