Hi friends.

I´m looking for an idea to build a high precision frequency reference (standard) to be used to calibrate oscilloscopes and frequency meters. There are some ideas in the web about to use a GPS clock to obtain a ultra precise time reference, but I was unable to find a serious project with diagrams and instructions. Thanks in advance.
