Ic5141 include Verilog-xl or Nc-verilog?

You have to install another package called

LDV. 8O

Ask cadence for it.

Simple answer no it doesnt. Cadence Design now provide their latest functional verfication tools (Logic Design Verification - LDV) LDV5.1

Apart from this you can also Install the newer more together products ..all in one kind of .. Incisive Unified Simulator (IUS 5.3).

No, different tool for different directly. They are in LDV or IUS.
