for my project
i need to feed arduino mega with usb barcode scanner output.
unfortunately the barcode scanner is no a HID device so im unable to fetch the data i need in arduino .( using USB shield ) .

now i planned to convert USB barcode scanner input to serial and going to feed to Mega.
so
any other ideas to solve this ?
which IC i can use for this operation ?

u can use ft232 to conversion between them or any IC's from Future technology.
