IC to convert composite video to rgb

Hi all,

I need help finding the best ic for converting composite video to rgb. My friend suggest to use saa7111, anyone ever used it?

why do you need this IC?
 

another option is stv2310 from stmicroelectronics. You can easliy control it through
I2c bus. suitable to use in mcu..
