PLZ can Any body tell me how to get a design kit for icstation
I want it for learning purposes only
coz I can't use icstation without Design KIt
PLz help me!!

are you talking about Mentor's ICstation???? If yes I believe there is a AMS PDK available (look at austria mikrosysteme or MOSIS)

I did searched in these two sites but I couldn't download the kit I could only download some Model files which is for simulation only But I want to draw layout!!

I believe the pdk is not free for download. You need to have an account to be able to download pdk.

Nearly every soft maker has PDK "free" for learning - could suck but is there.

Just register and download.
