lvs subcx

Hi all,
I'm using IBM 0.18um process. In this process there is a subcx element which represents substrate connection. This element has 2 terminals in schematic one of them should be connected to ground pin and the other one is substrate itself. When layout is being drawn the sub pin comes as a diffent terminal. Can anyone tell me where to put this pin and which layer to assign it?

Thanks

LVS will be OK if the sub contact in the layout has the same name as the ground pin in the schematic.

hello psmon
the name of sub contact in the layout?
i'm not very sure about that.where can i set its name?
