It depends on what do you need.
Do you need do keep galvanic isolation?
Do you need differential to unipolar (balanced to unbalanced) conversion?
Etc...

trans is coupler 1:1 for eliminate noise
vout- have diffrence with GND ,if connect vout- to gnd generate noise
but if we use trans 1:1 eliminate noise

Analog optocouplers are a principle option. High performance analog isolation systems ("isolation amplifiers" are using modulation/demodulation or AD/DA conversion). Transformers are still the standard method for high quality audio isolation, and also the cheapest way for low and medium quality.

Google for "difference amplifier". It takes a differential signal in the input and its output is single ended.

Yes. I omitted this option, because nothing has been said about expectable common mode "noise". If it's limited somehow, a differential amplifier is good option.

i test difference amplifier,but generat noise,i use from lm358 and ad620
do you know a trans within ic package?

i want a part number mini trans or part number trans within ic package.
