Hi all! How could I find in cadence the exact phase mismatch of the outputs of my QVCO design? I need an exact number like 5 degrees
Thanks in advance :)

I would measure source and output reference-
crossings as time, and convert to degrees after
the period is known.

If you plot the Phase of each Carrier in HB ( or PSS) analysis , you can see the Phase Error.
But since the circuit is symmetric and same components are used, there won't be any Phase Error.( depends on layout topology)
Phase Discrepancy comes generally layout mismatch or process mismatches.Errors can be seen from extracted view.

I would look at the layout parasitics mismatch, and find the root causes of the mismatch, down to specific layers, nets, and polygons.
