Yes, if you want to make a MOS capacitor. This is quite common in real-world analog IC design.
You can find this in actual switched-capacitor applications in SC filters, A/D, D/A etc, where it is easier and accurate to use MOS capacitors than trying to fit planar capacitors in the silicon.
