I wanted to draw some stdcell for special use. which tool should I use to do a standard cell characterization and modeling??

std cell characterization tools

star mtb of avantd can do that,
but i am not sure whether synposys supports it now.

I felt star mtb is not easy to use. Is there any other tools had friendly GUI and easy to use ?

There is a tool called Signal Storm Library characterizer in Cadence which is used for the automatic characterization of standard cells based on various conditions such as output loads, input slew rate etc...
