i need help with leds and ac

ok i want to run a multitude of leds around the top perimeter of my room and i want to hook it straight up to the house power with a wall switch so i can turn it off and on anyone know how to and circuit ideas would be nice, anything would help:?:

Using similar technique you can connect dozens of LEDs directly to the mains, but be very careful .. this voltage is dangerous ..
