i need micocontroller ,relay,npn,dc motor circuit connection diagram and its program in c language where the dc motor can move 0,90 and 180 degree .
 

Is anything left in your circuit then tell us :p
 

because you dont even know 100% about your project..i will give you a step how to find it google..

1. search for basic connection for PIC16F877A
2. Motor Driver Circuit
3.Basic C programming
 

Dear i m unable to understand what u really want to do? I guess that u want to control the speed of DC motor. If yes then do me know i can send u some sample codes plus circuit diagram for that.
