i need help, design of a capacitor less LDO Regulator

Hi,
i have to design a LDO with an internal capacitor (C<1.5n!) for the stability

What Amplifer i must use??

Do you have any papers or books of this type of LDO?

I know it is very difficult to design this circuit but it's my first chip, and it's very important for me to realize it whit good performance!

So i need your help!!

to use small cap, you need to design a internal zero in the opamp to make the circuit stable, you can search some papers on it
