I need help 945 range desktop board

i am in trouble past 2 day's. i got new assus mother boards and suddenly off mode without any delay.. i was working last night and suddenly power cut off with high voltage flow and afterthat i trying to open but could not open no beep no sound . no fan moving only present in dead mode.

what I do . how does solve it. plz prove me guide or circuit manual diagram for this model or related this model.

Check your power supply first if it is working, then check your Processor, RAM by fixing them in working board
