i need a quick help in Cadence, please

asimenv.startup cds_ade_wftool string wavescan

hi,
i receive the following error message when i try to open the analog environment:

error: unable to establish a connection with wave scan. for further assistance, contact cadence customer support with the diagnostic information available in the log file. you can AWD as your wave form viewer until the problem is resolved...

so, any help???

As I had ever answered in the earlier post.

Add this to your .bashrc in order to use "wavescan" as viewer

export MALLOC_CHECK_=0

OR

add this to your .cdsenv to use "AWD" instead
