i.mx53qsb UART communication problem

Hello Friends,

Shailendra here i am using i.mx53qsd(cortex-A8) and i am interfacing GSM modem to the board i use termios structure programming to communicate to the Board and Modem (TX & RX) But am unable to communicate between them can any body help me over this problem i will be very please of yours.
