i think that they're looking for your self motivation in aerospace engineering. And correct, it's all about bullshit. Just give 'em the details with an encouraged tone and expression in your talking. So in the future they're sure that you will loyal to your job and company FOREVER.

I've seen my friends giving a similar question with a similar objectives when interviewing his shopkeeper.
