check out www.nuhorizons.com and search for the part you are looking for.
They have pricing for just about any part there is.
EEPROMS and flash seem to more expensive than the FPGA's itself ;-)
I'm looking for a cheep configuration solution for a 100kGate+ Spartan II FPGA.
