I have some problems related with OP-AMP circuit.

This circuit is composed of two OPAMP stages.
but first amp's noise amplified by the next stage amp increase to the signal level
A capacitor in between these amp has used to suppressing noise

I want to know how to make it work properly.

For now an analog switch located next to the cap has used for maintain high level and for fast speed temperately but not perfect. Especially in decreasing time level change is so late.

Please advice guys.
