I Have a problem with C*a*d*e*n*c*e P*S*D 14.2

After installation of p*s*d, i executed the shortcut named "veriloglibinstall",but nothing appeared.
Then i exexute the program from Dos,i got the following error message:

D:\Cadence\PSD_14.2\tools\fet\bin>installverlib


This program will configure your Verilog models.
Please ensure that licensing is setup before you continue.
This configuration can take upto three hours.

Installing Verilog libs...

Error : $CDS_ROOT\tools\fet\bin\libcrypt.exe does not exist

I have set the variable CDS_ROOT=%CDSROOT%,and i can find libcrypt.exe in the directory:
D:\cadence\psd_14.2\tools\fet\bin\libcrypt.exe

Then what is the problem with it?
Can anybody help me?

Set CDS_ROOT=D:\cadence\psd_14.2\ directly in the startupfiles
