I have a C code of Shannon fano coding and want to have GUI in Matlab

Is it possible to have a code in C and its GUI in MATLAB

You could use your C-Code to create a DLL which MATLAB can call. You have to include some MATLAB-specific headers, to be able to call this DLL from within MATLAB. Search for "MEX".

Then you could call your C-Code from MATLAB, using a MATLAB-GUI.
