I am in need of a UART core

UART CORE NEEDED

hi guys,
I am in need of a UART core to be embedded in a design we are studying. The UART should have internal buffers, programmable baud rate, and modem control. If there is any such code available? If the code isn't there can I atleast get the reference design. I am very much positive about the people out here on elektroda... and I know they will save me!

I have seen the two UARTs on OPENCORES.com. But they do not have the features I want in them. Can anybody help me?

Take a look this uart, funcionally compatible with NS16450.

I used it with good results.

(Be carefull winrar 3.0)

Did u try in Philips site, they have one UART core long back.
