I am getting FLT-003 error msg in Primetime

When I am filter_collection command in primetime to filter based on name of the cells, I am getting FLT-003 ERROR, is there any way of suppressing this error or framing the condition for filtering differently so that this message won't come up.

P. S The command is working but still throwing this error
