As in the title, I need around 5000 pcs of AT45DB161D-MU(-2.5). I cannot find it anywhere, can anyone give me a hint?

Try farnell ,Digikey & Arrow Electronics and change location to your country.
 

I've tried this weeks ago. Also ebv, mouser, avnet, msc-ge, nuhorizons.
