I accidentally deleted assembly_bottom and assembly_top refdes ,How can i restore it

I accidentally deleted assembly_bottom and assembly_top refdes ,How can i restore it ,somebody can help me ?thanks alots
 

Can you please be a little more specific. Give a little more detail.
 

In color dialog
select Layers->components
in refdes raw select only assembly_bottom and assembly_top,
then ok
we should see like "R1" "C202" etc.
but ,this text was deleted by me accidentally , i dont know how to restore it.please help me,thanks alot
 

If Protel is the CAD don´t open the project again until perform a copy of automatic backup folder.
