I want to change the VHV (Vertical - Horizontal - Vertical) routing styles to HVH (Horizontal - Vertical - Horizontal) routing styles in IC Compiler.
How can I modify ? In technology file ?
Thank in advance

Yes.. You need to edit the tech file for changing the routing style. Typically the foundry gives tech file for both routing styles.
If I remember correctly the ICC tech files might need change only in the VIA encloser dimensions.

Thank you so much. Do you know exactly the keywords in VIA ?

A via is define by two metal layer and one cut layer, you just need to rotate this coordinate.
In general the std cell providers align the techno lef with their std cells.
