tissue impedance measurement

hi

I need to measure the human tissue impedance. Any suggestions on how can i get accurate data or pointers on building impedance measurement circuit will be most appreciated.

Thanks you !

Search google for "GSR" or "Galvanic Skin Response" and you will find

many device,application,circuit

it is a typical task of rheography.
in general, you need to apply some AC current (10-100kHz, value of current must be lower than specified by IEC60601-1) and to measure AC voltage at this frequency. Than you need to divide U by I and you will get impedance.
You can read more in "Biomedical Engineering Handbook", look at MCU.
